Purchase your tickets over the phone:

- Call the Box Office at (309) 438-2535.
- Summer hours: Monday-Friday, noon-4 p.m. and one hour before mainstage performances.
- Academic year hours: Monday-Friday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

Purchase your tickets in-person:

- ISF operates a daytime Box Office in the Center for the Performing Arts on the Illinois State University campus. The Box Office's hours are Monday-Friday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. during the academic year and noon-4 p.m during the summer.
  - There are two free parking spaces available to patrons purchasing tickets in our Box Office.
  - From W. Beaufort Street, enter the cul-de-sac between Centennial West and the South School Street parking garage. Directly across from the parking garage entrance, you will find two parking spaces labeled "Fine Arts Ticket Office Parking. 30 Minute Limit." Please be aware of the time limit.
- We also open a temporary on-site Box Office before our mainstage performances. That Box Office is open one hour before the performance, at the performance venue (Ewing Theatre at Ewing Cultural Center or the Center for the Performing Arts Theatre on the Illinois State University campus).

Preview Performance Each mainstage production has a preview performance the day before the show officially opens. Previews are a great opportunity for our cast and crew to perform with a hearty audience, and also allow patrons to see the production at a discounted rate.	$15	$20	$25
Student Rush ISF offers discounted tickets to students of any age looking to experience world-class theatre. Student Rush Same-Day Tickets can be purchased one hour before curtain time at the performance location. Tickets must be purchased in person with a valid student ID present. Ewing Theatre

Weather Cancellations

Part of the Illinois Shakespeare Festival experience is the beauty of our outdoor Ewing Theatre. In the event of inclement weather, we stand by the following policies:

Due to the unpredictability of Central Illinois weather, ISF will not make an early cancellation decision prior to 5 p.m. on the day of a performance. The decision to cancel or move forward with a production will be posted to the Illinois Shakespeare Festival Facebook page and the front page of our website.
- Should any performance be cancelled in this manner, patrons have 2 business days to exchange their ticket(s) for another performance through the ISF Box Office at (309) 438-2535. Tickets that are not exchanged will be automatically refunded. It takes about two weeks for the refund process to be completed. Questions regarding refunds should be directed to our Box Office at (309) 438-2535.
In the case of rain during the performance, every effort will be made to complete the show, even playing through light showers.
- Should any performance be rained out before the first intermission, patrons have 2 business days to exchange their ticket(s) for another performance through the ISF Box Office at (309) 438-2535. Tickets that are not exchanged will be automatically refunded. It takes about two weeks for the refund process to be completed. Questions regarding refunds should be directed to our Box Office at (309) 438-2535.
- If a performance is stopped due to weather after the first intermission, the evening will be considered complete and NO ticket exchanges will be made.
