Applications are being accepted for paid technical positions for the Illinois Shakespeare Festival's 2019 season!
The Illinois Shakespeare Festival proudly employs 70+ technicians each summer. Technical staff are typically contracted either for the build period from mid-May until mid-July or for the full season from mid-May until mid-August. Housing is available at a discounted cost.
Interested candidates for paid positions should submit applications including uploading a cover letter, resume (with references), and a digital portfolio, if available. You are welcome to submit applications to as many areas as you feel qualified.
Applicants are encouraged to apply early as materials will be reviewed as they are received, and positions may be filled prior to the application deadline of April 30, 2019.
